Shipping costs will be listed in the order depending on its location and size. Special transportation can always be considered depending on the destination or the number of shipments made; in this case, please contact TECHNOJET to study the best option. This price includes all costs including customs in the country of origin; in the case of countries outside of Europe, all costs are included to the capital of the destination country; this means that the customer must organise their own means of transport from customs on arrival in the country to their address.
If an order is delivered incorrectly or with defects, TECHNOJET undertakes to replace it at no extra cost. To do this, express communication by the customer is required within 7 days of receiving the order. In the event that the product reaches its destination with any type of damage due to transportation, TECHNNOJET will replace it at no cost to the customer, provided that the company is informed within 24 hours of receiving the order.
We remind you that all costs of shipments of products that the customer wishes to return or exchange will be borne by the customer. TECHNOJET does not therefore accept returns by collect shipment.
In the event that the material is defective, all costs will be borne by TECHNOJET.
TECHNOJET products can be returned within 15 days of the invoice date. TECHNOJET must verify that the products have reached TECHNOJET in perfect condition. Once this has been verified, we will proceed to return them, according to the conditions set out below.
To process a return to TECHNOJET, the customer must inform us by email or by phone at +34972484342 indicating what is to be returned. TECHNOJET undertakes to respond immediately with the instructions to be followed. Please inform us which transport company is handling the return of the material, as well as the shipment number.
An explanation of the reason for the return must always be attached along with the material returned to TECHNOJET.
TECHNOJET products must be returned in perfect condition, with their original labels and packaging.
Any goods returned to TECHNOJET without authorisation will be rejected and TECHNOJET will not cover any type of cost.
Right of WITHDRAWAL: In accordance with the Regulations on Distance Selling, every customer in the European Union has 7 working days (from the date of receipt of the material) to exercise the right of withdrawal on orders from TECHNOJET. In this case, TECHNOJET will proceed to reimburse the total amount of the order, but it must be returned according to the rules on returning orders as set out above. The order must therefore be returned within 7 days of the customer receiving the material.
Note: If the reason for the return of the product is not due to it arriving damaged, being defective or being incorrect, we will not refund the amount of the return and replacement costs, nor any other service related to your order; we will only refund the amount of the product. If a postage-paid return label is used, we will deduct shipping costs from the total refund amount.

1. We manage the return and replacement; the cost of the service will be 10 € in the Spanish Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In the event of other locations contact TECHNOJET
2. You can manage the return and replacement yourself with your preferred transport company and covering the costs.
4. We replace the product and resend it to your desired address.
How do we calculate return shipping costs?
If you return a product to us due to an error by TECHNOJET, we will cover the cost of returning and replacing the product.
If you wish to return a product without there being any error by TECHNOJET, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the total amount of the refund.
For home collections:

Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
